Updated squad news

Since our last update, there have been more squad announcements ahead of the new season. So in case you haven’t seen news on social media, the following are the latest to agree terms with the Ives for the new campaign.

Ed Hottor

Ed is a favourite at the Quattro-Tech Westwood Road since 2019. The midfielder previously played football in Italy and Portugal before a spell with both Kettering and Banbury United. He then made the switch to the Ives and has been an instrumental squad member and will return once again for the 2024/25 season.

Jake Hutchings

Jake is a highly rated defender who signed for the Ives in the second half of last season. The club is delighted that he has agreed terms to be with the club from the start of the new campaign. Jake joined the Ives from Coalville, but has also played for several other clubs including fellow Southern League Premier Division side, Leiston.

Paddy Casey

Paddy is a defender who was an ever present in the Ives team last season. He joined the club from Harborough Town and will be looking forward to another consistent season occupying the right back berth which he made his own during the last campaign.

Johnny Herd

Johnny missed large chunks of last season with injury but is back for the 2024/25 campaign. He joined the Ives in the summer of 2022 from Peterborough Sports, and will be looking to keep injury free and be a regular in the Ives starting line-up.

Greg Kaziboni

Greg signed for the Ives during the summer of 2022. He is an experienced midfielder who has had spells at the likes of Banbury United, Tamworth, AFC Rushden & Diamonds and Stratford Town. He returns to the Quattro-Tech Westwood Road for another season.

The four above mentioned players join skipper Michael Richens, defender Jordan Williams, and striker Jonny Edwards who had already earlier agreed to be with the Ives for next season.
