The Ives begin this season’s FA Cup adventure with a home tie against Southern League Division 1 Central side Berkhamsted.

Berkhamsted’s FA Cup journey began in the last round with 3-2 win at Wembley FC. The Comrades are currently top of the 1st Division Central accumulating 11 points with 3 wins & 2 draws. They were promoted to step 4 as runners up of the Spartan South Midlands League in 2018.

On the squad front – Captain Robbie Parker serves a 1 game suspension following his sending off against AFC Rushden and Diamonds on bank holiday Monday. Jarvis Wilson is unavailable. Dan Clifton will miss the game with a knee injury and Charlie De’Ath is a doubt after missing training yesterday with an ankle problem.
