Julien, 21, is a left back who joins the Ives from Soham Town Rangers.  Born in France, he joined Soham in January 2022 from Ashford United.  His former clubs include Chessington & Hook, Tooting & Mitcham and Colliers Wood.

Julien joined Basildon Utd on a dual registration in Jan 23.
