St Ives Town retained the Hunts Senior Cup as they beat Godmanchester 2-0 at Huntingdon Town FC on Tuesday evening.

Ives needed penalties last year to overcome the challenge of Yaxley and it was a penalty this time that broke the deadlock when the Ives were awarded a second half spot kick that Jonny Edwards converted.  The game was made safe five minutes from time when Michael Richens found the net to ensure that the Ives retained the trophy.
