St Ives Town welcome a team from Peterborough United under 21’s for a pre-season friendly on Tuesday night.

The Ives go into the game following an impressive 3-2 victory in their latest friendly at National League South side Aveley on Saturday afternoon. On the scoresheet were both Theo Alexandrou and Jonny Edwards and the pair look set to lead the attacking options once again this evening.

The match promises to be a tough test for the Ives and with just two scheduled warm-up matches left after tonight and boss Ricky Marheineke will be looking to finalise his squad before the big kick-off against Stourbridge on 10 August.

Kick-off at the Quattro-Tech Westwood Road is at 7:45pm.
