St Ives Town welcome Peterborough Sports to the Quattro-Tech Westwood Road on Tuesday night for a pre-season friendly.

With Sports now an established National League North side, the match looks like to be the toughest test yet for an Ives side who have already played two pre-season games. A 3-0 defeat to March Town United last Tuesday was followed by a 1-1 draw at Berkhamsted on Saturday.

Ives boss Ricky Marheineke looks set to include a number of players signed for the season together with a mix of trialists. Ives defender Johnny Herd looks set to be included as he lines-up against one of his former clubs.

Kick-off at the Quattro-Tech Westwood Road is at 7:45pm.
