The Ladies Development side have their destiny in their own hands as they beat current leaders Haverhill Rovers in an exciting 3-2 win at the New Croft in the Cambs Championship South. The Ives goals came from Sophie Crook, Fran Worrall & Caitlin McGeown.
As it stands they require 7 points from their last 3 games to clinch the title as Haverhill have a vastly superior goal difference.
They are at home to Cambridge Rangers tomorrow (Wednesday 18:30 k.o) and finish the season this coming Sunday with a double header (two x 60 minute games) at home to Park Ladies.
