David Bridges


Huntingdon born David began his career with local club Cambridge United and worked his way through their youth set up before turning professional in 2001. Two spells with the U’s saw the midfielder make 126 appearances and score fourteen goals. Since leaving the club for the second time he has also had lengthy spells at Kettering Town, Stevenage Borough, Chelmsford City, Brackley Town, King’s Lynn Town and most recently St Neots Town. Since leaving the Saints he has been head coach at League one Lincoln City and is now a coach educator for the PFA. The experienced 38 year old also has one cap for the England C team under his belt a 3-1 win against Italy C in 2006. He brings his wealth of experience to Ives midfield.
