We have received a message from Julie Branch with a the link for Pete’s funeral that will be held on the 23rd March 2021. As you are aware due to Covid guidelines we are sadly unable to attend Pete’s funeral but we do have a live stream link if you wish to view the service.

Please feel welcome to share the details with anyone I’ve forgotten. It feels an impossible task to think of everyone who might like to be included.

Below is the link for donations (if wished) to the ‘Men’s Club at Huntingdon Cancer Care Network – this was a lifeline for Pete throughout his illness and, especially via Zoom during lockdown, run by his lovely nurse, Andi. Funded entirely through charitable donations. Please no flowers at the funeral. Please mark any donations with reference A / Pete’s name (to ensure they go to Men’s Club) and add Gift Aid if you are happy to do so.

Stewart, Keren and myself are overwhelmed by all the lovely cards, flowers and kind thoughts. Thank you so much – it is making the most difficult of times more bearable through the expression of  so much love and concern.

It is such a shame that we cannot get together to share our happy Pete memories, we know you will raise a glass to him with a smile. In the meantime please continue to remember Pete sitting happily in the sunshine with a smile and a pint!
